

I’ve shared my post-workout smoothie a ton over on IG and you guys always love it so I figured I’d give it a permanent home here on the blog! I actually decided to give y’all three of my fave smoothie recipes today because one just ain’t enough ya know!
These recipes are super versatile. They can all be used as post-workout smoothies, meal replacement smoothies, or anytime smoothies! They each have protein powder in them, making them ideal for post-workout or a meal replacement option. Two of the three recipes are loaded with fruit and would make an excellent option for your kiddos if you’re looking for a recipe for kids! My kids love the coffee smoothie but maybe not a great option for younger kids! OK, let’s dive in!

Tropical Green Smoothie

Recipe
1 cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder ( I like this one!)
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1 Cup Spinach
Add all ingredients to a blender ( I like this one!) Blend and Enjoy!
Tip: When adding ingredients to the blender, start with the milk and protein powder, then add fruit, then add spinach! You may want to blend in sections depending on how powerful your blender is!
Cold Brew Smoothie

Recipe
1 Cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
1 cup Cold Brew Coffee (I like this one!)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 cup of Ice
Optional topping: Cacao nibs
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and Enjoy!
Berry Bliss Smoothie

Recipe
1 Cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 TBS Honey
Optional Topping: Fresh Strawberries
