Whenever I do polls over on IG about what you are looking for or what you would most love to see on the blog… It is always, hands down, more affordable workout wear! This week I decided to give you guys a Save vs. Splurge post and compare a few Lululemon pieces to some more affordable workout wear dupes from Amazon. I personally own all the styles below and can vouch for each piece! While I will always love Lululemon, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Amazon pieces. All have held up great in workouts as well as in the washing machine! AND… the savings are just too good to ignore!

What is the best thing to wear while working out?
When it comes to what’s best to wear while working out, it will come down to what you’re most comfortable in. As for me, I prefer shorts and a tank. I very rarely work out in leggings because I just get too hot. Lol. But some people prefer the coverage that leggings give. If you prefer leggings, these are a great and affordable option! Another thing to consider is what type of workout you’re doing. If it’s an indoor workout, like spin, yoga, or even a Bootcamp class, you might want leggings and a cute top. If you do outdoor workouts (like me!), then depending on the weather, shorts may be a better option to keep you cool! To me, you can’t go wrong with something you feel comfortable and confident in! And, of course, if you can find an affordable workout wear option, well, that’s just a bonus!
Where can I find cute workout clothes?
I buy workout wear at a ton of places! It all just depends on what you’re willing to spend. This post is about affordable workout wear, so I figured I’d give you my top three affordable workout wear spots! #1, of course, is Amazon! #2 is Target, I love the Joy Lab line, and #3 is Old Navy; their dolphin shorts are my favorite!
